Milk 1 Cup 1 1/3 Cup
Shortening 1 1/2 tsp 1 Tbsp
Bread Flour 2/3 Cup 1 Cup
Whole wheat flour 1 1/3 Cup 1 Cup
Cornmeal 1/4 Cup 1/3 Cup
Brown Sugar 2 tsp 1 Tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp 3/4 tsp
Dried sage - crushed 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
active dry yeast 1 tsp 1 tsp

Preparation

Put the ingredients into the bread machine tin in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast).
Use basic bread cycle setting
