Sauerkraut Rye Bread Recipe

Ingredient 1 1/2 Lb. loaf
water 1/4 Cup plus 1 Tbsp
Butter or margarine - softened 2 Tbsp
Molasses 2 Tbsp
Saurkraut - well drained and chopped 1 Cup
Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp
Rye Flour 1 Cup
Bread Flour 2 Cups
salt 1 1/2 tsp
Caraway seeds 1 Tbsp
active dry yeast 2 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Put the ingredients into the bread machine tin in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast). Use basic bread cycle setting. Light Crust.
