Frosted Apple - Raisin Pie

Ingredients
Pastry for a 2-crust pie
Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 cups sliced, peeled tart apples
1/2 cup seedless raisins
2 tbsp. orange juice
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
Orange Frosting:
Mix together 1 cup confectioners sugar, 3 tbsp. strained fresh orange juice
and 1 tsp. graded orange peel.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon, apples and raisins and place in pastry-lined
9" pie pan. Sprinkle the filling with orange juice and dot with butter. Cover
with top crust, and flute edges; cut vents.
Bake in hot oven (400F degrees) about 40 minutes, or until crust is browned
and apples are tender. Spread Orange Frosting over hot pie.
