Pork Chops with Orange Marmalade Glaze

This is a tasty recipe for pork chops. It's something different to try, and it's easy to make. The recipe makes enough glaze for dinner for up to four individuals. When we made it, the pork chops were small, so it served two. Use larger pork chops and it will serve four.

Ingredients:

4 small boneless pork chops
1/4 C. Onion - diced
1/4 C. Orange Marmalade
1 T. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
Options:
1/4 C. slivered table onions as a garnish if desired.

Directions:

Use a non-stick pan for this recipe. Pan fry the pork chops over medium-high heat, use cooking spray to coat pan. When the pork chops are done, remove them from the pan, set aside, and cover to keep warm.

Saute the chopped onion until lightly browned. Add the marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and salt and cook several minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken. Turn off the heat, return the pork chops to the pan and turn to coat. Serve pork chops and spoon extra glaze from pan on top of them. Garnish with slivered onions if desired. This looks great with a couple orange wedges as a garnish.
