Cucumbers in Cream Salad

Ingredients
3 Cucumbers - peeled and sliced very thin
1 small onion - sliced very thin
1/3 cup cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Preparation
Peel and slice the cucumbers, placing them in cold water to which the salt has been added - let stand 30 minutes. After standing, drain very thoroughly and place with onion in a bowl. Mix the cream, vinegar, sugar, and pepper together. Add the dressing to the cucumbers and onions - stir. Serve chilled.
