1 1/2 cups finely chopped apples
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
Mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
pimento - cut in strips

Preparation
Mix apples, celery and mayonnaise (to taste). Serve on lettuce leaves garnished with strips of pimento. Serve chilled.
