Ingredients:
8 dates
3 ripe bananas
2 apples (Red or Yellow Delicious)
2 ripe pears
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup apple juice
Preparation
Peel apples, pears, and bananas. Cut all fruit into small pieces, add raisins,
pour apple juice over the fruit, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Fresh
grated or unsweetened coconut flakes may be added if desired.
