Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion tops
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp minced parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate. Makes 2 cups.
