Fresh Spinach and Strawberry Salad. We made this for friends last night and it was great. It's very simple to make.

4 C torn fresh baby spinach leaves
2 C sliced fresh strawberries
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

3 Tbsp Orange Juice
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Olive Oil

Whisk together the orange juice, vinegar and oil and pour over the spinach and strawberries. Toss together. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad when served.
