We've had this grape salad at pot lucks while volunteering for the US Forest Service in North Carolina. It's wonderful. Recipe thank you goes to Ann G.

Salad Dressing:

8 ounce package of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 8 ounce container of sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Mix dressing (above) and add to green seedless grapes. Sprinkle bowl with brown sugar and pat down in bowl. You can be flexible with the quantity of grapes - start with two pounds. Add more grapes if more salad is needed. If the grapes are large, you can cut them in half.
