Turkey Stuffing Recipe

Serving Size : Up to a 15 lb. bird


Stuffing

1 lg. loaf fresh white bread
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
1 lg. onion, diced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 apple, peeled & diced
1/2 c. raisins
Sage, poultry seasoning, salt & pepper (to taste)


Preparation:

Saute the onion, celery, and apple in the butter. Combine and moisten all ingredients with hot water (or chicken broth). Stuff 15 pound or smaller turkey, or bake in a buttered pan.
