Simple Bread Sage Stuffing

3 loaves of bread
1 onion (diced)
2 stalks celery
3 tbsp. sage
Pinch of salt
2 c. warm water


Preparation:

Tear the bread into small pieces. Saute the onion and celery in butter (until clear - do not brown). Add the seasoning to this mixture and combine with the bread. Add water to the bread mixture until moist and well mixed. Stuff the turkey.
