We've decided to provide this page to show an archive of the last ten or so Site News articles which are shown on our home page. | 8/05/08 - We're in MN visiting friends, relatives, doctors, and our tax man. We'll be back in North Carolina in time to resume our volunteer duties on the 16th. |

| 9/08/07 - We are in Eagan visiting friends and relatives. Also doctors, etc. Our plans are to leave here on the 16th and head south!

| 11/3/06 - We're updating our travelogue today. We are trying out using an amazon store on our site as well. |
| 11/2/06 - We gave up on the WIFI and got DSL installed today so we'll be updating the site with info on the new digs, and our trip south soon. |

| Site News 7/24/2006 - We've arrived safely at the Airstream Park in Minnesota. After our last day of work at the Cradle of Forestry we had a good trip to Eau Claire, WI for a wedding and a great evening at Country Jam. |

| Site News 5/24/2006 - Yesterday we were to the NC Landscape Arboretum - very lovely place. Today we're taking care of business - groceries, etc. We hope to get a hike in later. It is finally warm on the hill - 80 yesterday. |
| Site News 5/14/2006 - We're just finishing a spell where we have had four days off in a row. Weather has been good. Hiked to some waterfalls, visited the Carl Sandburg home in Flat Rock, and just kicked back. |
| Site News 5/3/2006 - We've been working at the Cradle of Forestry now for a little over two weeks, and we are having a great time. We have not updated things lately, but will do more soon - check the travelogue for updates. |
| Site News 4/16/06 - We're planted in our campsite at the Cradle of Forestry, and have completed our assignment training. The park opened yesterday. This is a beautiful spot! |
| Site News 4/06/06 - Arrived in Brevard, NC this afternoon. We check in for our Pisgah National Forest assignment tomorrow. |
| Site News: 4/03/06 - Internet access again - this time from Jekyll Island, GA. Randy is going crabbing this Am and will update the site later. |
| Site News 3/28/06 - Side trip today to see Blue Angels practice in Pensacola. Also visited the Naval Flight Museum. |
| Site News 3/27/06 - In LA today - Lower Alabama - making a side trip to vies the USS Alabama, a WWII battleship in Mobile Bay. |
