Tips for boondocking in your RV.

First, let us say that we are not big 'boondockers'. Our rig is not equiped with solar panels, batteries, or an inverter used for this type of camping. We do, however, try and follow these practices when on the road. What we are presenting here has been learned from others and has been presented at Escapees seminars.

Boondocking affords you freedom to live where your want - often free at for low cost. It gives you options to stay in remote areas. It gives you the opportunity to fully explore some wonderful places and meet interesting people with similar interests. Boondocking also requires careful planning, some special equipment, and some pretty strick conservation methods.

When you are camping in the boondocks your stay is limited by your food, water, electrical, and propane supplies as well as your holding tank capacity. Select the link below to read up on each topic:
